Fuck The Police March In Solidarity With Anaheim
FTP marches are autonomous. There will be no one group giving directions or making rules. We will discuss and make decisions through consensus.
Bring banners, bandana’s and protest shields if you like. We respect a persons decision to protest how they see fit but we ask you not to destroy any property that belongs to residents and the working class. Wear black.
To those who are interested in organizing, meet in the park at 7:30pm.Update: On Friday, Oakland, NYC, Chicago, Davis (CA), San Fransisco, Orange County and possibly Seattle will march in solidarity with Anaheim.
I would like to remind everyone that we will meet tomorrow at the corner park on 99th street and 3rd avenue at 7:30pm then march at 8. Take the 6 train to 96th street, walk down the hill, make a left on 3rd avenue and walk down 3 blocks to the park (across the street from the parking lot).
Bring water and wear comfortable sneakers. I suggest people wear black and bring a bandana to cover your face if you wish to conceal your identity. We encourage people to bring banners, fliers and protest shields. Defensive tactics are also encouraged.
This march is autonomous. Some people will protest differently, please respect your fellow comrades message and tactics, even if you don’t necessarily agree with it. Offensive tactics should not be used unless police are beating, agitating or using less-lethal rounds on protesters.
